For more than three decades, Sam Tarverdi has been transforming ordinary Bay Area residential properties into stunning outdoor environments. He founded Campbell Landscape on a simple idea: homeowners deserve a single point of contact who actually knows their project — and crews who care about the result as much as the homeowner does.

Sam has spent most of his life in the Bay Area and learned the trade by working alongside experienced builders across Silicon Valley. He’s hands-on from the first consultation through the final walk-through, and he personally supervises each project in the field. Many of his clients have come back two, three, and four times over the years — adding pools, then outdoor kitchens, then guest houses — because the work is consistent and the relationship holds.
