We handle all permitting as part of our standard service. Pool permits in Santa Clara County require structural engineering and building department approval. We prepare the full permit package, submit it, and manage the approval process with the local jurisdiction — whether that's San Jose, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Los Altos Hills, or Palo Alto.
Yes. We offer ongoing landscape maintenance including irrigation adjustments, seasonal pruning, fertilization, mulching, and plant replacement. For clients with pools, we also coordinate with trusted pool service partners for regular water chemistry management and equipment maintenance.
